About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates, monitors, and supports the implementation of multiple small to medium systems and/or products.
• Acts as a buffer between the team and process overhead, so each team member can focus on the timely delivery of software.
• Shields the team from interruptions and removes obstacles that may impact the delivery of the product.
• Facilitates internal and external communications, including task coordination, progress tracking/reporting, and dependency management.
• Guides the team's operations by facilitating ceremonies such as daily standups and sprint planning, and instilling Agile principles into daily activities.
• Ensures the team is well-informed on internal and external initiatives and activities.
• Tracks and removes obstacles and barriers that may prevent progress to ensure smooth delivery of the team’s work.

Requirements

• Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field with an IT focus and a minimum of 3 years experience implementing Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or similar.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CSM, CSPO or small-sized Agile implementations (e.g., 1-5 teams).
• Knowledge of SAFe or other Agile frameworks.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent).
• Background in software development or IT projects.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field with an IT focus.
• Minimum of 3 years experience implementing Agile methodologies.
