Key Responsibilities

Coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation, and facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Identify and report progress via appropriate metrics.
Independent performer serving as a subject matter expert.
Active participation and contribution in team discussions, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.
Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages open communication and continuous improvement.
Utilize metrics to track team performance and identify areas for enhancement.
Lead workshops and training sessions to promote Agile best practices across the organization.
Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
Encourage a culture of accountability and ownership within the team.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Scrum Master
Experience as an Agile Product Owner
Advanced proficiency in Scrum
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce DevOps is recommended
Advanced proficiency in Agile Project Management, Agile Process Coaching, Agile Methods (ADM for Distributed Agile Development), and Agile Product Ownership is suggested
