Key Responsibilities

Lead moderately complex security projects with medium to high corporate priority.
Provide subject matter expertise in project management, security system setup, project scope definition, risk identification, security project methodology, prioritization, and facilitation.
Maintain control of schedule, cost, safety, quality, and customer expectations/satisfaction at all times.
Present project updates, security project cycle, and results to management and/or customers.
Manage vendor relationships throughout the security installation process.
Ensure projects are closed on time and within scope.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree or equivalent work experience of at least five years.
Travel as needed.
5 years Project Management experience in the security industry (preferred) or new construction experience.

Nice to Have

Certifications preferred or ability to acquire certification within 6 months of employment.
CSPM (Certified Security Project Manager).
PMI PMP (Project Management Institute, Project Management Professional).
