Our Analytics team is focused on using data to generate insights and power fact-based decision-making across the business. We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Platform Analytics team to enhance the customer experience across DraftKings' ecosystem through data-driven tools, workflows, and insights.

Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and operational leaders, to align on objectives and support key business initiatives.
Execute on open-ended analyses while prioritizing high impact work, considering the full customer lifecycle.
Serve as a strategic problem solver, using data to better understand user behavior and make recommendations to improve user experience.
Create compelling, high-quality presentations to effectively communicate key findings, insights, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to assess the impact of product changes.
Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative, data-driven culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in analytical roles in a relevant industry, preferably technology, product, or e-commerce.
Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Proven expertise in extracting insights from large datasets and presenting findings to cross-functional audiences.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience using Snowflake or similar data warehousing platforms.
Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Sigma, with a track record of creating impactful dashboards and reports.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Nice to Have

Experience with data analysis in the gaming or entertainment industry.
Knowledge of additional data visualization tools or programming languages such as Python or R.
Experience working in a regulated gaming environment or with compliance considerations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

Benefits & Perks

US base salary range of $95,200.00 - $119,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
Guidance through the process of obtaining a gaming license if required.
Work in a publicly traded company (NASDAQ: DKNG) headquartered in Boston.
