About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work in a growing global team on topics such as (Gen)AI, Agentic AI, and digital transformation, helping shape the firm's offerings.
• Serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues.
• Support commercialization efforts for the topic/sector by contributing analysis and insights to proposals, client workshops, AI demos, and marketing materials.
• Contribute to developing intellectual property and assets for the business.
• Assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your topic/sector expertise.
• Formulate relevant research and analytical approaches in (Gen)AI, Agentic AI, and digital transformation.
• Communicate effectively with case teams and stakeholders, demonstrating credibility and confidence.
• Collaborate effectively in virtual and group settings, utilizing agile ways of working.
• Propose innovative ideas and navigate complexity and ambiguity with a curious and creative mindset.

Requirements

• 2+ years of consulting experience in relevant AI-driven products, transformational initiatives, or workstreams (strongly preferred).
• Alternatively, 3+ years minimum industry experience in related fields (4-6+ years strongly preferred).
• Deep understanding of Agentic AI platforms, apps, ecosystems, market trends, use cases, and enabling technologies.
• Bachelor's Degree (advanced degree preferred).
• Fluency in English.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with AI, digital transformation, and related technologies.
• Experience working in a consulting environment or industry with AI-driven initiatives.

• Base salary range in Bay Area - Silicon Valley: $108,750 - $117,500, depending on experience and skill set.
