The role involves working within the US Consumer Marketing organization, specifically in the Marketing Analytics & Investment Services Team, focusing on data integration, analysis, and reporting to enable real-time insights and optimize marketing investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the logic, maintain and enhance the existing data lake for all Customer Treatments (e.g., Cross-Sells, Upgrades, Lending treatments).
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to understand new features, groom requirements, and investigate issues.
  • Collaborate with the Technology team on a daily basis to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Finance, and other enterprise data teams as needed.
  • Cater to ad-hoc analytic and data requests from leaders.
  • Provide an incubation environment for new analytic/reporting ideas.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Customer Growth Data and lead projects end-to-end.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an Analytics environment.
  • Hands-on experience working on relational databases and big data platforms like Hadoop and Google BigQuery.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality.
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills.
  • Extreme attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple requests and prioritize.
  • Relationship building skills and enjoyment of working as part of a larger team.
  • Presentation skills, capable of creating presentation materials and presenting to peers and senior leaders.

Nice to Have

  • BigQuery knowledge.
  • Tableau, PowerBI, Python basics.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics or a similar field.
  • Proven experience querying large datasets and deriving insights.
