About the Role

The Senior Analyst, Delivery Excellence - Data Analytics role at NIKE, Inc. involves supporting global Delivery Excellence organizations, primarily in Apparel and Accessories Manufacturing, to enable on-time delivery from regional partners and support Uniform Operations. The position requires working closely with multiple Nike teams and factory partners to optimize data management, reporting, and process efficiency, contributing to Nike's mission to bring inspiration and innovation to every athlete in the world.

Key Responsibilities

Support two of Nike's global Delivery Excellence organizations, focusing on data analytics, governance, and process support.
Lead data maintenance, analysis, and governance for the Americas Delivery Excellence Center (DEC) and support Uniform Operations team with data and BI needs.
Implement and maintain best practices and SOP compliance for Promotional product deliveries, including stakeholder communication with global and regional leadership.
Validate dashboards and reports, troubleshoot issues, and optimize data processes to reduce manual intervention.
Collaborate with the Global DEC Center of Excellence on dashboard governance, data cleansing, and ad-hoc projects.
Provide process support related to capacity management, delivery management, and delivery operations to factory-facing teams.
Create dashboards, automate tasks, and develop executive-level reports for the Uniform Operations team supporting on-field and team apparel delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Product Creation, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field, or suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
3-5+ years of experience in retail, project management, supply chain operations, product creation, planning, or customer service.
2+ years of experience in data manipulation and visualization, with familiarity in data flow management and tool design.
Technical proficiency with Nike tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, SQL Server, Snowflake.
Ability to organize, research, analyze, and integrate large amounts of information accurately and quickly.
Effective communication skills at all organizational levels, including translating data into influence and storytelling.
Experience in apparel manufacturing is a plus.
