About the Role

The Senior Analyst, Enterprise Loyalty Analytics at Fanatics is responsible for owning and executing strategic customer and business insights to support the development of Fanatics' Loyalty ecosystem. The role involves leveraging data to create deep engagement with fans, visualizing insights to drive business decisions, and collaborating across teams to enhance loyalty and membership strategies within a global sports platform that values collaboration, creativity, and the unifying power of sport.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Fan Data Services (FDS), the Enterprise Loyalty team, and Operating Companies to deliver critical insights that shape direction and track progress against loyalty and membership goals for Fanatics.
  • Analyze, summarize, and optimize the direction of the Fanatics Loyalty business, using internal and external data sources to derive strategic insights that guide and track performance.
  • Own data analyses and strategic insights that feed weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews, and communicate findings effectively to any audience throughout the organization.
  • Perform A/B testing for various marketing and product initiatives to inform strategic and tactical decision making for the Fanatics Loyalty team.
  • Build insightful dashboards to cultivate a data-driven culture across the organization.
  • Support development and deployment of Fanatics Loyalty roadmap and new initiatives aimed at high-value customers to achieve growth and retention goals domestically and globally over 1-3 years.
  • Work within a matrixed, cross-functional team on multiple complex projects focused on enhancing customer engagement.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years experience in a Data & Analytics, Consulting, or Internal Strategy role with a focus on product, loyalty, or membership.
  • Strong knowledge of loyalty and membership strategies and tactics, with an ROI-driven decision-making approach.
  • Experience with SQL, data visualization tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, or Power BI.
  • Deep understanding of and passion for the customer journey, with effective data working skills.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, capable of processing large data sets.
  • Superior project management skills with a structured approach to complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Strong reasoning and analytical skills with a proven ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Customer-first mindset focused on enhancing Fanatics' customer experience.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, comfortable with ambiguity, and a bias toward action.
  • Strong collaboration skills, humility, and alignment with Fanatics' mission and values.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling messages.
