Senior Analyst, Multi-Asset Indices

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Help oversee the index launch process: plan the overall project, coordinate across internal teams, and manage timelines with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the suite of Multi-Asset Indices and products via analysis and content creation for thought leadership materials (pitch decks, blogs, white papers, videos, and other media).
• Work closely with the Research and Design team on index design.
• Assist in defining and executing the product development strategy, considering broad market trends and client needs.
• Collaborate with product management team members and support global initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working in the index industry, structuring desk at a bank, asset management, or related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, comfortable working with large data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations and create content.
• Ability to deal with high technical complexity and explain it to audiences with varying levels of sophistication.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with effective influence and consensus-building skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of financial platforms such as FactSet, Morningstar, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Barra, Axioma, etc.
• Programming skills (Python, R, SQL, VBA, others).
