About the Role

The Senior Analyst, Orange Apron Media Reporting and Insights leads the design and implementation of the Homedepot.com web analytics strategy. In this position, you will analyze web analytics data as well as other offline data to evaluate site performance, collaborate with various departments to design and execute continuous improvement and channel growth strategies, and work with web analysts to uncover trends and provide insights that maximize online marketing efforts and overall business objectives. The role involves researching business trends, analyzing customer behavior data, and providing weekly web analytic dashboards to management and supporting teams.

Key Responsibilities

Work with other departments providing analytical insight on business performance.
Research and analyze business trends & customer behavior data to identify opportunities for website enhancements.
Analyze web analytics data as well as other offline data to evaluate site performance.
Work with the Web Analyst to provide weekly Web Analytic dashboards.
Take the lead on new programs and initiatives for Web Analytics Team.
Provide web analytics strategy to Specialty Channel.

Requirements

Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Responsible for helping others and providing on-the-job training or guidance.
Demonstrated business/financial modeling capabilities with tools such as Excel and Access.
Demonstrated skills in applying statistical analysis principles to business challenges.
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work well with others.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; self-starter.
Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
Minimum education: bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
