About the Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Assistant in ATM Support Group. In this role, you will support team effectiveness, analyze ATM service performance, and develop reports and visualizations to aid business decision-making. The position involves interacting with various stakeholders, managing data, and supporting third-party risk management within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Support performance of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of team
Proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools
Update production reports, schedule changes, compile data and refresh reports for generation and distribution
Update ATM project logs
Participate in research, tracking, and data gathering related to ATM projects
Interact with team, functional area, internal peers outside work group, and manager on planning and performing analysis, trends for ATM service, vendor branch performance and presentation design
Use tools and resources to support the line of business in managing third party risk
Develop specific, customized reports, ad hoc analyses and/or data visualizations, formatted with business user-friendly techniques such as Excel macros/pivoting/filtering, PowerPoint slides and presentations, and clear verbal and email communications

Requirements

4+ years of Analytics and Reporting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Strong analytics skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical information to various audiences
Ability to adapt quickly to change and thrive in dynamic environments
Detail oriented, results driven, and able to navigate in a quickly changing and high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
Ability to interact and collaborate with individuals across departments
Experience with claims research and management
Cash Management or Armored Transportation experience
Solid troubleshooting and resolution skills
Contract writing or interpretation
Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
Invoice research and validation for armored carrier and/or hardware servicing vendors
