About the Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Assistant in ATM Support Group. In this role, you will support team effectiveness, provide feedback for process improvements, perform administrative support tasks, participate in research and data gathering, and interact with team members and management on analysis and presentation design.

Key Responsibilities

Support performance of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of team
Proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools
Perform complex administrative transactional and operational support tasks
Update project logs
Participate in research, tracking, and data gathering related to projects
Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced staff
Interact with team, functional area, internal peers outside work group, and manager on planning and performing analysis, trends, and presentation design

Requirements

4+ years of Analytics and Reporting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Strong analytical skills
Excellent attention to details
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

Cash Management or Armored Transportation experience
Invoice research and validation for armored carrier and/or hardware servicing vendors
Contract writing or interpretation

Qualifications

Experience with claims research and management
