Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end analytics and reporting projects, including scoping, planning, execution, delivery, and stakeholder communication
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, product, and business operations
Work within an Agile environment, managing backlogs, sprint planning, and retrospectives using Jira
Create and maintain detailed project documentation, timelines, and progress reports
Proactively identify risks and mitigation plans to ensure timely project delivery
Drive continuous improvement of analytics processes, tools, and workflows
Translate complex technical details into clear, actionable insights for business audiences

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, business analytics, or a related field
5+ years of project management experience, preferably in analytics or data-focused roles
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Snowflake)
PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications
Proven track record managing analytics, Business Intelligence, or IT projects
Solid experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, data pipelines, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

Experience in telecommunications industry
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, business analytics, or a related field
5+ years of project management experience
