Senior Analytics Specialist, Managed Services

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the asset management industry, current market trends, and economic factors to deliver competitive solutions and strategies.
• Execute activities including implementations, managed services, consultancy, and solution optimizations by understanding product functionalities, methodologies, industry principles, and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with the middle and front office of clients, including institutional asset managers, wealth managers, and asset owners.
• Analyze and resolve complex business issues related to clients' investment portfolios, financial data, analytics, and workflows.
• Gather and understand client requirements to address their specific business needs efficiently.
• Support the smooth execution of clients' production processes and workflows.
• Act as a subject matter expert escalation point for internal teams such as Support and Sales.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Consulting, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Strategy.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or related industry discipline.
• 4+ years of relevant experience with knowledge across all asset types.
• Knowledge of financial products and instruments.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial formulas.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Technical and application knowledge related to financial data and analytics.
• Leadership skills.
• Knowledge of financial instruments pricing, including stocks, bonds, derivatives (Options, Futures, Swaps, Structured Products).

Nice to Have

• Financial background in the Asset Management industry.
• Interest in capital markets and portfolio management.
• Experience with Performance Measurement & Attribution or Risk Management.
• Interest and affinity for working with software, data, and analytics.
• Python and data science skills.
• Participation in the CFA Program or FRM Program.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Educational background with a university degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.

• Salary range of $88,000 - $110,000 in specified U.S. locations, based on experience and qualifications.
