The Senior Associate, Marketing, will enhance our offerings in retail by leading coordination of the team's marketing deliverables and aerials, helping tell stories cohesively on various marketing deliverables and technologies, with an understanding of the Southern California retail market and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the workflow and approval process for all assigned marketing tactics.
Work with teams to develop marketing collateral and aerials/maps.
Coordinate with internal/external design teams to ensure project timelines are met.
Ensure property marketing materials are up to date and organized across all platforms.
Gather and curate content to execute marketing tactics including brochure/flyer development, aerial/retail mapping, email submissions, social media tiles, direct mail, and event coordination.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction to meet business and client goals.
Research market indicators such as new developments, traffic volumes, housing stats, etc.
Develop creative briefs to engage with creative teams and partners.
Oversee photography, videography, and vendor coordination requests.
Build and maintain internal stakeholder and external vendor relationships.
Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with JLL best practices.
Maintain portfolio of marketing deliverables and share best-in-class creative with sales and other teams.
Update and edit materials with new availabilities and leased floors/suites across all platforms.
Support with special projects as needed.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years in marketing, business development, or graphic design role.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite products, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
Experience with Canva is a plus.
Working knowledge of aerial imagery providers, such as Google Earth.
Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
Comfortable taking charge of projects to meet goals.
Self-starter capable of completing projects independently.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Team-oriented with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Impeccable attention to detail.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, or relevant experience (not required).

Nice to Have

Experience with aerial imagery providers like Google Earth.

BS/BA in marketing, graphic design, or relevant experience (not required).
