As a Senior Business Analyst, Stop Loss Reporting, you'll work with the brightest minds in the business to analyze, review, and forecast data for sales, operational, and business planning to influence the strategic direction of the UHC Stop Loss business. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze, review, forecast and trend complex data for the UHC Specialty business, including reporting initiatives such as Broker and GA reporting, sales and renewal pipelines, KPI tracking, and more
Present analysis and recommendations for sales, operational and business review/planning to leadership to support the short and long-term UHC Specialty business strategy and sales and account management efforts
Develop automation of key reporting initiatives to provide real-time data and actionable analytics to internal and external stakeholders
Support short- and long-term operational and strategic business activities through reporting analysis and project management efforts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall Operations for the Specialty Growth Organization
Interpret and analyze large amounts of data from multiple sources to develop meaningful insights in a fast-paced, complex environment

Requirements

4+ years of experience in business/finance analysis
4+ years of experience in financial reporting
High proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely both verbally and in written formats
Ability to navigate and interpret nebulous information
Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities

Nice to Have

Insurance industry experience
Deep knowledge of tools such as Power BI
Experience with automation and reporting development
