Senior Business Analyst to assist with implementing a data management tool within a ERP (SAP) Cloud-based environment (Req # RQ00109)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Document current business processes for Human Resources, Finance, and Supply Chain Processes for mapping to the SAP Cloud solution
• Lead the business process analysis and business systems functional/technical analysis for the design and implementation for core functions of the ERP implementation
• Develop and execute project plans, including risk, scope, communication, and schedules
• Create project documents and associated planning documents
• Lead consultations and facilitate stakeholder meetings
• Plan, monitor, and control projects from concept to closing using appropriately scaled methodology
• Monitor project and team performance against plans and take effective corrective action as required
• Manage initiatives at a high level as well as having attention to detail
• Manage changing priorities to complete project delivery within defined constraints
• Contribute to the ongoing development of Project Management methodology, process, and documentation
• Effectively manage risk by minimizing threats and maximizing opportunities within the project

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst with a focus on implementing a data Management tool
• Experience with Cloud ERP solutions (SAP Cloud experience is preferred)
• Experience with the Google Suite

• Knowledge of proven industry best practices and standards
• Project Management designation is preferred
• CBAP designation is an asset
