About the Role

SafeSend is seeking a Senior Campaign Planner with deep expertise in Customer Lifecycle Marketing (CLM) to drive retention-focused marketing strategies. This person will project manage retention-focused lifecycle nurture campaigns designed to increase engagement, product usage, and upgrade opportunities within our existing customer base. You'll own campaign strategy, manage timelines and execution, and collaborate with teammates across marketing, revenue operations and customer success. The ideal candidate is highly strategic and analytical, a strong cross-functional collaborator, and skilled at leading multi-channel campaign planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute customer lifecycle nurture campaigns for key segments, including small and mid-sized firms (SMB).
  • Lead SafeSend's customer expansion marketing program, managing campaign strategy, execution, and optimization to drive product adoption and upgrades.
  • Own budget and performance for customer retention campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the product marketing, content, and customer success to align lifecycle messaging with client needs and timing.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership and customer success to ensure campaign triggers are aligned and support broader business goals.
  • Work with revenue operations to define and track KPIs for retention and expansion campaigns.
  • Identify gaps in the customer journey and create digital campaigns to improve conversions, engagement, and upgrades.
  • Assist marketing team with daily tasks and play a key supporting role in a variety of projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B campaign management, with specific experience in lifecycle or customer marketing.
  • Experience building nurture programs across multiple segments.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign results and iterating for improvement.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and eager to work across teams.
  • Ability to quickly pivot strategies based on new requirements and work with a growth mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a global, regional, or segment-level marketing environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics.
