SafeSend is seeking a Senior Campaign Planner with deep expertise in Customer Lifecycle Marketing (CLM) to drive retention-focused marketing strategies. This person will project manage retention-focused lifecycle nurture campaigns designed to increase engagement, product usage, and upgrade opportunities within our existing customer base. You'll own campaign strategy, manage timelines and execution, and collaborate with teammates across marketing, revenue operations and customer success.
