Senior Consultant - SAP Product Costing (Semiconductor industry)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support SAP Finance/Controlling client engagements by assisting in the design and implementation of technology solutions under the guidance of project leadership.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to gather business requirements and help translate them into system designs and technical specifications.
• Build positive working relationships with clients by contributing to the development of business requirements and functional designs.
• Support business development activities by gathering relevant information, preparing supporting materials, and assisting with the formatting and review of proposals and presentations.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and innovation by participating in team forums and helping develop tools or templates to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
• Stay current with SAP's latest solutions by participating in training and continuous learning opportunities to support business transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large consulting firm, boutique consulting firm, or as an internal consultant within industry.
• 2+ years of experience implementing SAP solutions for organizations in the semiconductor industry or for semiconductor sector clients.
• 3+ years of functional configuration experience with SAP Controlling with a focus on Product Costing.
• Experience participating in all phases of at least 2 full end-to-end SAP implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• 4+ years' experience in a technical or functional lead role, overseeing teams on at least 2 SAP end-to-end full lifecycle implementations.
• Experience with a minimum of 1 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or Associate degree plus equivalent work experience.
• Ability to travel approximately 50%, depending on work and client needs.

Nice to Have

• Master's degree.
• Experience migrating SAP ECC to S/4HANA.
• Previous experience working directly for a 'Big 4' consulting firm.
• Signavio experience.
• At least 1 current SAP certification.
