About the Role

The Senior Content Marketing Manager (Operations & Digital Focus) at Citrix Systems is responsible for developing and executing content strategies, managing digital content distribution, and leveraging marketing technology to drive engagement and growth. This role is integral to supporting Spotfire's expansion within the Cloud Software Group, focusing on marketing operations and digital execution in a fast-paced, values-driven environment. The position reports directly to the Head of Marketing for Spotfire and involves collaboration across multiple teams to shape the company's content and digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals, target personas, and the buyer's journey.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content across various formats such as whitepapers, e-books, webinars, blog posts, case studies, videos, and website copy.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, product marketing, and sales to identify content opportunities and ensure technical accuracy and strategic alignment.
  • Manage the distribution of content across digital channels including website, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter), email campaigns, and paid promotion channels.
  • Develop and manage the social media content calendar and strategy, curating and scheduling posts to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Ensure content is optimized for SEO, SEM, and digital advertising efforts.
  • Manage and implement website content updates and enhancements, working with platforms like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to ensure optimal content delivery and user experience.
  • Leverage HubSpot extensively to manage campaigns, build landing pages, create email nurtures, segment audiences, and track content performance.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics using HubSpot and other analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage content governance to ensure brand consistency, compliance, and an organized content library.
  • Work seamlessly with sales, product management, customer success, and other marketing teams to ensure content supports their objectives and is integrated into broader initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 5+ years in content marketing, managing digital media channels, and leveraging marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong hands-on proficiency with HubSpot, including Marketing Hub, Content Hub, Social Media tools, and reporting functionalities.
  • Experience developing and executing content strategies for B2B technology or software companies.
  • Ability to manage professional social media platforms and understand social media analytics.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and sales enablement platforms such as Bigtincan.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and technical content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the Energy (Oil & Gas) or High-Tech Manufacturing industries is a plus.
