Key Responsibilities

Ideate, curate and co-manage all needed work.
Present work to Ford Dealer Clients.
Perform all duties assumed in The Senior Writer Role.
Juggle multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.
Work across Agency lines along with Production, and other Creative entities.

Requirements

7-8 years agency experience, with a proven track record in leading & managing.
Experience with leveraging precise consumer analytics in fresh, rewarding executions.
A strong working knowledge of live & post-production plus Digital & Social.
Ability to partner with all Agency, inter-departmental teams.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Have physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities.
Multicultural Market experience is a requirement.

Nice to Have

Experience with regional and multicultural marketing, especially targeting Hispanic audiences.
