Job Description

About the Role

At T-Mobile, we invest in YOU! Our Total Rewards Package ensures that employees get the same big love we give our customers. All team members receive a competitive base salary and compensation package - this is Total Rewards. Employees enjoy multiple wealth-building opportunities through our annual stock grant, employee stock purchase plan, 401(k), and access to free, year-round money coaches. That's how we're UNSTOPPABLE for our employees! We're seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Senior Copywriter with deep Spanish language expertise to join our Creative team and help shape the voice of the Un-carrier across media touchpoints. The primary focus of this role is Spanish, but the ideal candidate must also be comfortable working in English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of compelling Spanish-language copy across campaigns and channels (TV, digital, retail, social, print, experiential).
  • Work in both Spanish and English to support bilingual communications and ensure strong alignment with T-Mobile's brand voice.
  • Maintain the right balance between English-language message intent and Spanish-language authenticity-ensuring every piece of content is culturally resonant and audience-appropriate.
  • Craft bilingual copy where needed, in ways that feel natural and fluid, not awkward or mechanical.
  • Develop and maintain copy guidelines, messaging toolkits, tone-of-voice documentation, and terminology guides for Spanish communications.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for linguistic accuracy, tone, and cultural relevance across media and audience types.
  • Ensure all Spanish messaging reflects T-Mobile's values and identity, while effectively communicating offers, benefits, and brand stories.
  • Act as the central voice for Spanish language across brand, marketing, customer experience, legal, and localization teams.
  • Provide guidance and leadership in language decision-making and message alignment, contributing to a consistent customer experience across touchpoints.
  • Facilitate collaborative discussions with humility, empathy, and clarity-this team values mutual respect, active listening, and shared creative wins.
  • Bring a problem-solving approach to cross-team coordination, removing friction and helping progress work when challenges arise.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, iterative environment with evolving priorities.
  • Partner with strategists, art directors, designers, and project managers to bring ideas to life.
  • Present copy and creative decisions confidently, welcoming feedback and always advocating for audience-centric storytelling.
  • Be a proactive teammate who takes initiative, finds creative solutions, and helps keep projects moving-especially when answers aren't clear.
  • Thrive in a creative culture-we don't do egos or 'me first' mentalities. This team succeeds when we elevate each other.

Requirements

  • Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English required; must understand cultural and regional language distinctions and communication norms.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain copy and language systems, toolkits, or messaging frameworks.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to collaborate effectively across departments and with leadership.
  • Open to travel up to 20%.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Linguistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in copywriting or brand communications, with a portfolio that includes bilingual or Spanish-first marketing campaigns.

Nice to Have

  • Background in telecommunications, tech, or fast-paced consumer-facing industries.
  • Experience working with legal and localization teams on language approvals.
  • Understanding of inclusive language practices and audience segmentation across U.S. Hispanic and multicultural markets.

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive salary and compensation package including stock grants, employee stock purchase plan, 401(k), and bonuses.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Flexible spending account, paid time off, and up to 12 paid holidays annually.
  • Paid parental and family leave, family building benefits, back-up care, childcare subsidy, tuition assistance, and college coaching.
  • Disability, voluntary AD&D, accident, life, and long-term care insurance.
  • Mobile service & home internet discounts, pet insurance, and transit programs.
  • Opportunities for career growth and development in a dynamic, inclusive environment.
