About the Role

Join the Ansys Customer Excellence team as a Senior Customer Project Manager to partner with customers, engineer solutions, and support the deployment of Ansys software in their design workflows. This role involves overseeing assessment development, ensuring quality and reliability, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive organizational goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the assessment development process by overseeing the design and development of assessments, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and accurate measurement of knowledge and skills.
  • Manage assessment administration to ensure assessments are conducted fairly and consistently, providing necessary resources and support to test-takers.
  • Ensure assessment quality by monitoring and analyzing assessment data to confirm validity and reliability, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders such as instructional designers, trainers, and educators to integrate assessments into learning programs and align them with organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to assessment development teams and stakeholders, offering feedback on assessment design and administration, and assisting in training development.
  • Establish self as a trusted advisor to multiple customers by understanding their key business initiatives, product design needs, and engineering workflows.
  • Manage and track project resources, timelines, and deliverables across multiple interconnected workstreams.
  • Communicate assessment status to individuals or groups, meet with clients and colleagues to discuss findings, and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Maintain records of projects, including results, feedback, and recommendations for process and methodology improvements.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques by attending conferences, workshops, or training.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of assessment design principles.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work independently within multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Experience in managing complex assessments and projects.
  • Familiarity with assessment quality standards such as validity and reliability.
  • Understanding of assessment development processes and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and resources effectively.

  • Experience in engineering or technical assessment environments.
  • Knowledge of industry standards related to assessment and evaluation.
  • Experience with assessment tools and data analysis software.

Qualifications
