The Senior Data Analyst will be part of the Data & Insights team, which empowers data-driven decision making across the organization by delivering trusted analytics, insights, and tools to various teams such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product, and Customer First.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on GTM (Go to Market) analytics, data models, metrics, and value drivers.
  • Help drive and execute analytics strategy for revenue drivers, sales acceleration, and proactive Customer insights across Marketing, Sales, and Customer First using transactional and product telemetry data.
  • Define requirements for the semantic layer to support advanced analytics and dashboarding.
  • Execute on analytics initiatives focused on growth, retention, and predictive modeling (e.g., cross-sell, risk signals).
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements, identify trends, and uncover insights.
  • Collaborate with engineering to define, test, and improve data pipelines, sources, and transformations.
  • Build and QA reports, dashboards, and prototypes while supporting ad hoc analysis and issue resolution.
  • Champion best practices in data modeling, storytelling, and process improvement across analytics workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or BI Developer.
  • Advanced SQL experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with building reports and visualizations in Tableau or similar tools.
  • Experience with ETL processes, software development, and lifecycle awareness using Python, Java, Databricks, and Snowflake.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with technical and non-technical teams.
  • BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related technical degree, or equivalent relevant working experience.

  • Advanced analytics, data science, AI/ML experience and techniques.

  • BS in CS, MIS, or a related technical degree or equivalent relevant working experience.

  • Annual base salary range between $112,000 and $168,000 USD depending on location and experience.
