The Senior Data Analyst will be part of the Data & Insights team, which empowers data-driven decision making across the organization by delivering trusted analytics, insights, and tools to various teams such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product, and Customer First.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert on GTM (Go to Market) analytics, data models, metrics, and value drivers.
Help drive and execute analytics strategy for revenue drivers, sales acceleration, and proactive Customer insights across Marketing, Sales, and Customer First using transactional and product telemetry data.
Define requirements for the semantic layer to support advanced analytics and dashboarding.
Execute on analytics initiatives focused on growth, retention, and predictive modeling (e.g., cross-sell, risk signals).
Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements, identify trends, and uncover insights.
Collaborate with engineering to define, test, and improve data pipelines, sources, and transformations.
Build and QA reports, dashboards, and prototypes while supporting ad hoc analysis and issue resolution.
Champion best practices in data modeling, storytelling, and process improvement across analytics workflows.

Requirements

5+ years experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or BI Developer.
Advanced SQL experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with all levels of the organization.
Experience with building reports and visualizations in Tableau or similar tools.
Experience with ETL processes, software development, and lifecycle awareness using Python, Java, Databricks, and Snowflake.
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with technical and non-technical teams.
BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related technical degree, or equivalent relevant working experience.

Nice to Have

Advanced analytics, data science, AI/ML experience and techniques.

BS in CS, MIS, or a related technical degree or equivalent relevant working experience.

Annual base salary range between $112,000 and $168,000 USD depending on location and experience.
