Job Description

About the Role

The Senior Data Analyst will support the Service Fund (VBC) application by working on expanding its functionality, integrating new data sources, and maintaining existing systems. This is a contract role based in Saint Louis, MO, with a team of four full-time employees and two contractors, focused on enhancing the application's capabilities and data integration.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data pipelines are accurate and efficient.
Extract, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources such as SQL databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
Maintain data integrity and ensure consistency across reporting systems.
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and anomalies.
Support the expansion of the Service Fund application to incorporate new data sources and functionalities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis.
Experience working with large relational database platforms.
Proficiency in SQL.
Healthcare industry experience is preferred.

Nice to Have

Experience with data pipelines and data engineering collaboration.
Knowledge of cloud platforms and APIs.
