Senior Data Analyst - National Remote

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage project timeline and associated resources seeking guidance only for support with complex issues
• Lead non-standard requests and solve complex problems to enhance infrastructure and improve connectivity across the organization
• Develop, lead and present memoranda, presentations, and reports to applicable stakeholders and leadership
• Leverage data and insights to drive business outcomes, including identifying risks and mitigation tactics
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Work effectively with other business and support units across UHG (OBC Product / Clinical, OBH Network, HCE, Etc.)
• Coach others through example and feedback, demonstrating a positive work ethic and modeling behaviors of Genuine, Caring, Friendly
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication tailored to audience needs
• Act as a resource to identify skills, duration, and effort required for successful problem solving

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare with 3+ years of progressive management experience in a highly complex, integrated health or behavioral health system
• 3+ years of experience with project management, consulting, process flow development and facilitation
• 3+ years of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• 1+ years of experience with behavioral healthcare concepts and practices related to providers and clinics
• 1+ years of experience demonstrating executive presence and strong organizational skills
• 1+ years of effective verbal and written communication across organizational levels
• 1+ years of problem solving and critical thinking skills
• 1+ years of organization and attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience relevant to practice management, preferably behavioral health
• Proven ability to perform in a matrix accountability structure, reporting progress to a national leader
• Track record of inspiring others and accomplishing work through others during times of ambiguity

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare and behavioral health systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with project management and process development
• Strong organizational and communication skills
