Key Responsibilities

Develop workflows to migrate historical data from relational databases.
Convert Informatica and DataStage jobs to PySpark or Scala programs.
Provide on-call support and resolve production failures faced by various bank employees.
Create data fix programs to address data quality issues.
Participate in software design discussions to set priorities for product development.
Ensure all aspects of product development follow compliance and security best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
5 years of progressively responsible experience as a Data Warehousing Specialist or in a related occupation.
At least 3 years of experience with ETL Tools, including DataSage.
At least 3 years of experience developing large scale ETL jobs.
Experience with Agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.
Knowledge of Data lakes and Data Warehousing concepts and designs.
Experience with Hive, Hadoop, Jupyter Notebook, PySpark, Python, Scala, SQL, and Sqoop.

Nice to Have

Experience working in a financial institution or banking environment.
Knowledge of compliance and security standards relevant to banking.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
