About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Implement strategy into action-oriented data management objectives and results.
• Manage and lead a data team to achieve data-related goals.
• Apply best practices in data management tools and processes across various business domains, including payments applications.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data modeling, data warehousing, data entity analysis, logical and relational database design, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 3+ years experience managing a data team.
• Experience in different business domains, including payments applications.
• Knowledge of the data domain and strong understanding of data management processes.
• Proficiency in SQL, data flows, data lakes, data catalogues, data quality frameworks, and metadata management.
• Ability to implement strategy into actionable data management objectives.
• Experience with best-in-class data management tools and practices.
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (including Student Visas) now or in the future, in the country where applying.

Qualifications

• Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
