About the Role

The Senior Data Leader role requires extensive experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and database design, with a focus on implementing data management strategies. The position involves leading data initiatives within the securities or financial services industry and managing a data team to achieve results through best practices and advanced tools.

Key Responsibilities

Implement strategy into action-oriented data management objectives and results.
Manage a data team to ensure effective data practices and project delivery.
Apply knowledge of data flows, data lakes, data catalogues, data quality frameworks, and metadata management to support data initiatives.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in data modeling, data warehousing, data entity analysis, logical and relational database design, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
3+ years experience managing a data team.
Experience in different business domains, including payments applications.
Knowledge of the data domain and best-in-class data management tools and practices.
Strong understanding of data management processes, SQL, data flows, data lakes, data catalogues, data quality frameworks, and metadata management.
Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (including Student Visas) now or in the future, in the country where applying.
