About the Role

Senior Demand Generation Specialist at NAVEX involves developing multi-channel marketing strategies, managing full-funnel messaging, and analyzing campaign performance to drive growth and impact within the GRC space. The role emphasizes creative and analytical skills to support organizations in achieving ethics and compliance goals, fostering a culture of innovation, growth, and purpose.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, plan and deliver innovative, multi-channel and results-driven campaigns that use modern marketing concepts and tools, including webinars, syndication, nurture, social media, paid media, and in-person events.
  • Own KPIs that are meaningful, measurable and meet quarterly demand generation goals for database growth, channel ROI, and marketing attribution for cross-sell and pipeline contribution.
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to support the portfolio of marketing programs.
  • Measure, track and report at a campaign and tactical level, providing analysis, insights and recommendations for future campaigns and adjustments to existing campaigns.
  • Stay on top of GRC industry trends, marketing trends, and best practices to support customer growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience coordinating and executing global demand generation campaigns, including copywriting, channel strategy, advertising, email marketing, webinar production, and more.
  • Hands-on experience running end-to-end marketing campaigns.
  • Exposure to Salesforce.com and understanding of marketing technologies such as Marketing Automation tools (Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot).
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with an interest in translating data into actionable change.
  • Excellent track record for optimizing programs and testing new execution methods.
  • Effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative and team-player mentality, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strategic view of marketing efforts.
  • Ability to drive results through decision-making, marketing strategy, and project management.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing automation tools beyond Salesforce, such as Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of GRC industry trends and frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in demand generation or related marketing roles.
  • Experience with global marketing campaigns and marketing technologies.
