About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Propose hypotheses for research and modify research approaches and execution plans independently.
• Research processes with inputs regarding the type, quality, and quantity of data and information to be collected.
• Verify the reliability and accuracy of information through detailed checks.
• Analyze and interpret relevant data for results and important insights.
• Translate research insights and metrics into actionable recommendations that inform design and business strategies.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the principles of research.
• Best practices of qualitative and quantitative research.
• Data analysis techniques.
• Techniques to detect gaps in information.
• Understanding of legal risks, factual errors, and breaches of codes of conduct involving the use of research material.
• Organizational research requirements.
• Success metrics for research projects.
• Understanding of the purpose of research and how it will be used.
• Emerging methods for obtaining relevant information.
• 5 years' experience in UX design research.
