Senior Digital Analytics Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the continuous enhancement and evolution of Digital Banking's strategic and ad-hoc analytics capabilities by examining the unique needs of a business to develop relevant documentation to inform decisions.
• Develop a variety of fact-based reports that aid management in making decisions related to the creation or expansion of new or existing digital content.
• Analyze data and ensure quality control of reporting and analysis for the Bank's digital portfolio.
• Develop creative approaches and methodologies to answer critical business questions, evaluate new digital opportunities, and assess market potential.
• Improve quality and efficiency of reporting by creating dashboards for key stakeholders and automating data consolidation processes, including the implementation of tag management and web analytics software.
• Provide actionable and insightful recommendations from data mining, segmentation, customer profiling, and quantitative analyses to identify acquisition, cross-sell, up-sell, and retention opportunities from digital channels.
• Work closely with business partners to integrate and operationalize recommendations into business strategies, plans, and tactics to support increased return on investment.
• Partner with Digital Marketing and Content Management teams to create measurement strategies for digital content updates and campaigns.
• Train business partners in the use of analytics capabilities, report preparation, and data utilization.
• Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls, and escalate risk-related issues as needed.
• Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the company's brand.
• Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of audit points and addressing issues raised by external regulators.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, product management, financial, analytics, or data management, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 8 years higher education and/or work experience including at least 4 years in relevant fields.
• Knowledge of statistical concepts.
• Proven analytical skills.
• Experience compiling and interpreting technical information.
• Experience presenting to a non-technical audience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Master's degree.
• Knowledge of pertinent statistical tools and techniques such as linear regression, time series analysis, factor analysis, and cluster analysis.
• Previous financial services industry experience.
• Experience with web analytics and tag software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
