About the Role

Senior Digital Business Partner - Kroger, Albertson's, Safeway is a role within Kimberly-Clark North America's Omnichannel Marketing organization. The position involves building and managing digital engagement strategies with a focus on grocery retail partners, delivering results such as market share growth, digital activation, and thought leadership. The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and external partners to optimize digital shelf, merchandising, and search initiatives, supporting the company's broader digital commerce growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively conduct diagnostic analysis of the digital shelf (KCNA, Category, and Competitive) and provide recommendations through an omnichannel lens to enable field sales and shopper marketing to react and adjust business plans.
  • Drive 'One Search' (Organic + Paid) focus by optimizing organic/owned search footprint in collaboration with Digital Commerce Operations CoE.
  • Analyze key business metrics/data (e.g., Clickstream, Retailer-Specific Data, Market Data) to inform recommendations that drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention.
  • Provide insights around algorithmic trends and site taxonomy.
  • Collaborate with field sales in implementing KCNA Digital Commerce Strategies (e.g., Subscription, Marketplace).
  • Recommend and drive test + learn initiatives within the Digital Commerce marketing space.
  • Deliver against all KCNA milestones tied to Annual Operating plans, Business Plan Reviews, Customer Engagement Meetings, and Key Customer Meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years' experience in Digital Commerce, Digital Marketing, and/or Omnichannel within relevant areas such as CPG, Retail, or Management Consulting
  • Direct experience working in a highly matrixed, global company and capability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • High threshold for working and thriving in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, e.g., ability to pivot quickly, figuring it out and adapting as you go
  • Strong analytical skills leveraging data to drive decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to lead + manage multiple projects - prioritization and planning
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

  • Experience working with Omnichannel retailer(s)
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically with excellent attention to detail
