Our Surgical business unit focuses on identifying and solving critical, unmet needs in cardiac surgery by partnering with surgical teams to deliver modern technologies that enhance patients' quality of life and expand treatment options. The role involves building trusted relationships with medical professionals and industry stakeholders to support market development and patient care, with a focus on digital marketing strategies aligned with Edwards' standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage complex digital marketing initiatives to strengthen the U.S. market position, drive share growth, and support market development while ensuring alignment with Edwards' corporate digital marketing standards.
  • Oversee the U.S. digital marketing strategy, collaborating with global digital teams, content subject-matter experts, and external agencies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop regionally relevant, data-driven channel strategies based on market research insights.
  • Collaborate on broader paid strategy through briefs, cross-team and agency collaboration, leveraging technical and regional expertise.
  • Ensure accurate planning and execution of all U.S. digital initiatives, providing proactive input and collaboration with digital partners.
  • Lead account-based marketing campaigns, email communications, and other U.S.-specific digital activities to meet regional goals.
  • Develop digitally optimized assets for paid and organic channels based on existing marketing content.
  • Optimize the design and user experience of internal sales tools (e.g., Showpad) and collaborate with content owners to maximize their impact.
  • Deliver U.S. digital reporting across tools such as Showpad, Salesforce, Marketo, and custom dashboards.
  • Establish, track, and interpret metrics to measure program effectiveness and ROI, providing insights and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant work experience, or Master's degree with 8 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
  • High proficiency with marketing automation platforms and sales enablement tools such as Showpad, Marketo, and Salesforce.com.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience contributing to strategy development and process improvement.
  • Understanding of agency processes, including briefs, budgets, and project management.
  • Experience planning account-based marketing, association partnerships, and sales-enablement digital tactics.
  • Experience with broader paid efforts integrated with owned and earned channels.
  • Familiarity with complex B2B sales processes or experience in the technology, medical device, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Expert understanding of digital marketing principles and their application across channels.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with planning and executing account-based marketing and digital tactics in medical device or pharma industries.
  • Experience with integrated paid efforts and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Knowledge of agency processes, including briefs, budgets, and project management.
