Key Responsibilities

  • Translate user needs and use cases into impactful, well-defined AI product features
  • Define product strategy and prioritize features based on business goals and user value
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including roadmap creation and agile execution
  • Collaborate with autonomous and cross-functional teams such as data scientists, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and align priorities to ensure timely, high-impact delivery
  • Serve as the primary liaison between users and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity
  • Facilitate effective communication across teams to manage complexity and drive cohesion
  • Drive experimentation, monitor AI model performance, and iterate based on results and feedback
  • Ensure ethical, regulatory, and user-centric implementation of AI technologies
  • Leverage user feedback and market insights to continuously improve product offerings
  • Maintain a strong focus on user experience, data integrity, and innovation
  • Stay current with AI advancements and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and deliver scalable, intelligent, data-driven solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (AI/ML specialization not required)
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 5 years focus on AI, machine learning, or advanced technologies
  • Proven track record of managing AI/tech-driven products through the full lifecycle using agile methodologies
  • Deep technical understanding of both engineering and research aspects, with the ability to engage meaningfully with data scientists, ML engineers, and research scientists
  • Experience deploying and monitoring AI/ML models in production environments
  • Familiarity with API integration, particularly with financial data providers and AI platforms
  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, legal, compliance, and risk teams
  • Experience working with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure AI systems meet regulatory and ethical standards
  • Skilled in agile practices such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-team coordination
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, including executives
  • Knowledge of the financial industry, especially investment management, is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to balance stakeholder needs in complex, decentralized environments while delivering user-centric, compliant, and innovative AI solutions

Nice to Have

  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude)
  • Knowledge of the financial industry, especially investment management
