Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company's goals and market demands
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
Lead the product development process, including ideation, design, development, testing, and launch
Ensure products deliver a seamless and engaging user experience by collaborating with UX/UI designers
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful product launches
Collaborate with stakeholders, including marketing, sales, engineering, operations and customer support teams, to gather requirements and feedback
Monitor product performance using analytics tools and metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and user experience
Create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and customer feedback
Utilize agile methodologies to manage product development cycles and ensure continuous improvement
Advocate for the customer by understanding their needs and pain points, and ensuring products address these effectively

Requirements

4+ years of experience in Healthcare OR IT industry
3+ years of experience executing defined strategy and building/managing products throughout the end-to-end lifecycle to meet business objectives and/or product development goals
2+ years of Digital experience
Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., AHA, Rally, JIRA, and/or FIGMA)
Solid execution orientation and ability to balance long-term vision with near-term delivery
Excellent decision-making and prioritization skills in ambiguous and high-velocity environments
Deep understanding of user experience for providers, payors, and administrative staff
Proven impactful communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Nice to Have

MBA or advanced technical degree
Undergraduate degree in Product Development, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study
Background in healthcare technology, experience with digital product management within the US Healthcare industry
Located in EST or CST time zones or the ability to work CST hours

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Healthcare OR IT industry
