This Sr. Product Manager role supports our small business branch application, acting as a product owner and dedicated business line partner to drive strategy, roadmap, and execution of digital initiatives that enhance customer consideration, conversion, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensures a data-driven approach to prioritize 'building the right thing' that maximizes results for both end users and internal business partners.
  • Relentlessly focuses on ongoing measurement and optimization of digital experiences that support seamless self-service and human-assisted customer interactions.
  • Advocates for reusability of capabilities to drive cost-effective scale and speed to market.
  • Leverages market and competitive insights, customer needs, and internal business priorities to establish a digital product vision.
  • Defines the future-state user experience journey and role of experience in delivering competitive differentiation.
  • Aligns digital product vision across other enabling functions to establish an integrated delivery roadmap.
  • Re-evaluates priorities during planning to optimize capacity against user and business value creation.
  • Uses OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to drive roadmap priorities.
  • Integrates digital products, platforms, and capabilities to drive business value through an enhanced user experience.
  • Advocates for the reusability and modernization of digital platforms and capabilities across the enterprise to improve speed to market, operational efficiency, and risk/compliance adherence.
  • Manages the digital product development roadmap through the agile delivery lifecycle.
  • Leverages Discovery to evaluate the most valuable ideas with a customer-centric approach.
  • Enables cross-channel strategy by delivering integrated digital solutions that drive adoption, engagement, and growth across digital and human interactions.
  • Partners with cross-functional teams to identify initial and ongoing digital product-market fit through research deliverables such as research briefs, personas, story maps, prototyping, product chartering, and experience mapping.
  • Develops a north star metric (NSM) to connect business outcomes to customer value and unify stakeholders.
  • Continuously measures actual results against target NSM to manage performance and drive progress.
  • Uses NSM and leading indicators to optimize execution and focus teams on high-value work.

Requirements

  • Digital Product Management experience
  • Ability to plan and design solutions that synchronize resources to achieve business results using business metrics, KPIs, design systems, service blueprints, and reusability
  • Strong customer centricity to ensure positive customer experiences at every touch point
  • Knowledge of technical aspects of software products, including design, configuration, and integration
  • Knowledge of risk management processes, tools, and techniques
  • Ability to anticipate shifting market priorities and customer needs in a manner that adds value

Nice to Have

  • Expertise on the interdependencies among product model system elements that help and hinder performance
  • Experience with product PnL, product strategy, vision and planning
  • Familiarity with digital products and platforms, product discovery, and agile ways of working
  • Channel management, adoption, customer experience research, insight, and execution
  • Experience with go-to-market strategies, sales channels, performance measurement, marketing, and analytics
