The role involves leading the strategy, design, development, and lifecycle management of Aetna's integrated products (HIDE/FIDE) that serve Medicare Advantage populations, including Dual-Eligible Special Needs Plans (D-SNP). It requires aligning product offerings with CMS regulations, market trends, and value-based care objectives, working cross-functionally with various teams to drive innovation, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Leads the strategy, design, development and lifecycle management of Aetna's integrated products (HIDE/FIDE) that serve Medicare Advantage populations, including Dual-Eligible Special Needs Plans (D-SNP).
Aligns product offerings with CMS regulations, market trends and value-based care objectives.
Works cross-functionally with Duals Center of Excellence, clinical, compliance, analytics and network teams.
Drives innovation and operational excellence to optimize member experience, reduce costs, and ensure regulatory compliance and competitive positioning.
Cultivates and manages relationships with key stakeholders independently or in collaboration with leadership.
Leverages market knowledge and environmental insights to address strategic priorities and ensure competitive positioning.
Ensures product benefits comply with regulatory requirements.
Ensures milestone tracking across functional and market segments.
Directs product enhancements.

Requirements

7+ years of experience with Medicare Advantage, DSNP, HIDE and FIDE plans.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

Strategic thinker with knowledge of managed care, value-based models and integrated delivery systems.

Qualifications

Experience with Medicare Advantage, DSNP, HIDE and FIDE plans.
Educational background including a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
