Key Responsibilities

Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze large volumes of customer data, including industry information, transactional data and competitive insights, to derive actionable insights that drive customer growth and revenue across channels.
Measure the impact of marketing and sales activities through multi-touch attribution to understand which channels and touchpoints drive conversions.
Identify high-value prospects by analyzing firmographics, behavior, and transaction history for segmentation and targeting.
Develop machine learning models to assign lead scores based on past conversions and engagement patterns, and help identify new leads.
Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to monitor performance against budgets and develop multiple sensitivity scenarios for strategic planning.
Identify clients with high churn risk and help improve retention strategies.
Build dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and insights.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product, and finance to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions. Present insights and recommendations to senior executives and stakeholders.

Requirements

15+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with a focus on the media industry.
Degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
Experience working on B2B data science use cases.
Experience using media mix models and data visualization tools like Tableau.
Expertise in data-driven decision-making and leveraging data to optimize marketing performance.
Hands-on experience in advanced analytics, data mining, forecasting, and predictive analytics.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
Strong business acumen and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Experience in media mix modeling.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
Experience in B2B marketing data science use cases.

Qualifications

Degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
