Key Responsibilities

Own the Global Field Marketing strategy, driving pipeline and growth.
Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with sales, product marketing, demand generation, finance, and other stakeholders to execute field marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue within core verticals.
Develop quarterly plans and work closely with Sales to modify or adapt based on pipeline coverage or gap needs.
Manage performance metrics through reporting cadences that align with the GTM Strategy.
Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to develop relevant messaging, positioning, and region-specific content plans.
Serve as the primary marketing liaison to the CRO, providing regular updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations.
Constantly tune and optimize campaigns to increase conversion, reduce acquisition costs, and increase ROI.
Manage field marketing budget and third-party vendors.
Lead and execute multiple events from inception to revenue delivery.

Requirements

10 years of B2B field marketing experience.
5 years leading global teams.
Ability to lead and execute multiple events from inception to revenue delivery.
In-depth knowledge of event tactics and execution.
Experience leading campaigns, events, and field marketing for a global B2B SaaS company.
Excellent verbal communication, organization, project management, and writing skills.
Knowledge and understanding of key technologies such as SFDC, Marketo, Outreach.io, Tableau.
Experience building relationships with cross-functional teams.
Experience working with geographically dispersed teams.
Ability to travel as needed to support field marketing activities and team management.

Nice to Have

Experience with SaaS marketing strategies.
Experience in content development and regional content planning.
Familiarity with demand generation and pipeline development.
