About the Role

The Senior Managing Director of Integrated Marketing and Creative will play a key role in shaping and executing the organization's go-to-market strategy to support private fundraising and advocacy goals, leading a collaborative department focused on impactful brand experiences and integrated campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary deputy to the Head of Marketing, contributing to the design and execution of the Division's overall go-to-market strategy in support of private fundraising growth.
  • Sit on the Marketing & Growth extended leadership team, actively shaping Divisional priorities and aligning cross-functional strategies to deliver integrated, audience-first campaigns and supporter journeys.
  • Accountable for the strategic vision, integration, and results of Cause Brand & Integrated Campaigns, Content Strategy & Governance, and Creative functions.
  • Partner with the Creative Director to bring brand and campaign strategies to life through compelling creative.
  • Champion marketing innovation by identifying emerging channels, technologies, creative formats, and engagement models.
  • Ensure execution of campaigns, content production, and creative delivery through team leaders, maintaining high standards and on-time, on-budget outcomes.
  • Work with the Research & Insights team to ground strategies in audience insights, brand research, and performance data.
  • Serve as a consultant and key decision maker on the Global Brand steering committee, collaborating with global colleagues to activate brand and content at scale.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience, plus at least 13 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Brand Strategy or Integrated Campaign.
  • Strong relationship-building qualities and ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
  • Proven results-driven professional with success leading brand marketing efforts.
  • Experience in training, developing, motivating, managing, and nurturing talent.
  • Independent problem-solver and decision-maker with organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with and meet multiple and competing deadlines and priorities.
  • Professional proficiency in MS Office suite and spoken and written English.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with individuals and teams at all levels.
