Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and driving effective, modern, and strategic public affairs and corporate reputation marketing campaigns.
  • Leading client engagements in whole or in part.
  • Helping to drive the strategic point of view for clients, guiding a team, and independently producing new ideas.
  • Proactively building new relationships on behalf of the agency.
  • Driving the strategy and implementation of integrated awareness and persuasion campaigns across brand reputation and policy-shaping efforts.
  • Interpreting research findings, creating strategic approaches, and partnering with targeting experts, creative, media planners, and others to write integrated campaign plans using paid, earned, and owned tactics.
  • Overseeing the development of messaging and digital content for marketing campaigns, reviewing and guiding deliverables from reports and memos to social and digital advertising assets.
  • Driving strategy, deepening client trust, and supporting Partners and Executive Leadership on various accounts.
  • Serving as the main point of contact and managing the daily communication and execution of services for clients, including senior management or executive decision-makers.
  • Developing team members' expertise, coaching, mentoring, and managing their performance to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with internal, cross-office, and cross-department teams to meet timelines and quality expectations.
  • Working with agency partners and senior leaders to develop and pitch new business opportunities.
  • Managing existing clients and establishing new client relationships.
  • Drafting proposals and producing materials for client pitches with minimal oversight.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing integrated awareness and persuasion campaigns.
  • Ability to interpret research findings and develop strategic campaign approaches.
  • Experience leading digital advertising efforts, including messaging and content development.
  • Strong client management skills, including serving as the main point of contact and managing client relationships.
  • Leadership skills to develop and mentor team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
  • Experience in new business development, including pitching and proposal writing.
  • Comfort with managing multiple accounts and building client trust.
