Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Director of Product Management, GTM Platforms to lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of our SalesTech and MarTech platforms. This role plays a critical part in enabling our revenue teams to drive growth, engagement, and retention through scalable, data-driven systems. You will work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing, to deliver impactful solutions across the customer lifecycle. The position involves working with teammates across the globe and may require up to 15-20% travel. We prefer this role to be hybrid with our San Francisco office, but remote candidates may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy and roadmaps across SalesTech and MarTech with an emphasis on leveraging AI for smarter automation, personalization, and insights.
  • Attract, scale, and retain a team of high performing Product Managers to land impact across a geographically dispersed team of internal partners and stakeholders.
  • Translate business objectives into scalable platform capabilities, prioritizing automation, integration, and usability.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to embed AI/ML (e.g., predictive scoring, intelligent routing, generative content, churn prediction) across the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales and Marketing operations) to align on goals and requirements.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, development, testing, launch, and iteration. Guide the ethical and responsible use of AI across GTM platforms.
  • Define and monitor success metrics tied to efficiency, adoption, engagement, and business impact.
  • Manage and optimize third-party platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) and integrations.
  • Champion user experience, AI-driven experimentation, and advocate for GTM teams in product decisions.
  • Ensure system compliance, scalability, and data integrity across all customer-facing platforms.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, ideally across multiple GTM domains (SalesTech and MarTech).
  • 3+ years of experience in product management leadership positions either directly or via relevant consulting work.
  • Experience scaling and retaining high functioning product management teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, etc.
  • Proven ability to define and execute cross-functional product strategies at scale.
  • Experience working with technical teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while managing tactical details in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.
  • Experience with revenue operations or GTM systems teams.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product discovery frameworks (e.g., JTBD, dual-track agile).
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills (Tableau, Looker, or similar).
  • Consulting background.

Qualifications

  • Educational background is not explicitly specified, but extensive experience in product management is required.

Benefits & Perks

  • Health and financial benefits, time away, and wellness programs.
  • Competitive compensation package with a starting base salary between $207,400 and $335,500 (for U.S.-based roles).
  • Additional incentives including annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and comprehensive benefits.
