About the Role

Impinj is a leading RAIN RFID provider and Internet of Things pioneer. Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement product marketing initiatives to support key performance indicators and revenue goals for the Impinj RAIN business unit
  • Develop and communicate compelling product positioning, messaging, and value proposition for our product portfolio and partner products across multiple audiences
  • Lead the planning and execution for new product launches, ensuring alignment across corporate marketing, sales, and product teams
  • Define and deliver compelling technical sales enablement tools, presentations, and product training to drive customer adoption and retention, in collaboration with sales and partners
  • Co-develop technical marketing content, webinars, and product trainings with our partner ecosystem
  • Communicate product value to target audiences, including engineers, product managers, and C-level executives in the wireless, telecom, and IoT sectors
  • Build and lead a high-performing product marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Manage and optimize budget and resources for product and partner marketing to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • 15+ years of product marketing, marketing, and business development experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, particularly in the semiconductor or wireless technology sector
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, technology, or relevant field of study such as electrical engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Strong track record of leading successful product marketing teams and go-to-market strategies, particularly for complex, technical products
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate sophisticated market dynamics
  • Experience in delivering impactful messaging, positioning, and marketing collateral
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders
  • Ability to travel, up to 20%, including some international travel

  • Base pay range for this role across the US is $200,000 - $240,000, with individual pay depending on experience and role complexity
