About the Role

We seek a Senior Director, Product Marketing to shape and scale our product marketing function worldwide, combining hands-on contribution with team leadership. This role involves defining product value narratives, driving global positioning, enabling sales and client engagement, and ensuring alignment across multiple teams in a remote, international setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a global product marketing team, including performance management and career development.
  • Anticipate industry shifts and develop scalable product marketing strategies to support growth and market expansion.
  • Own Circana's master brand positioning and ensure consistent application of product-level positioning frameworks.
  • Drive adoption of positioning statements, personas, UVPs, and proof points across industries and geographies.
  • Oversee creation of sales enablement resources, including decks, FAQs, and training modules, to support global sales efforts.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product, Competitive Intelligence, Training, Commercial, and Legal to ensure alignment and readiness for launches.
  • Act as the 'air traffic controller' for global product marketing, fostering collaboration and alignment across teams.
  • Partner with the Competitive Intelligence team to develop market insights, competitor assessments, and integrate customer feedback into strategies.
  • Support enterprise-level strategy by aligning multi-portfolio narratives and building scalable systems.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B product marketing experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Experience in SaaS or data/analytics companies with a global scope.
  • Deep expertise in positioning frameworks, messaging development, and enablement tools.
  • Strong storytelling and executive communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating across Product, Training, Commercial, Marketing, and Legal functions.
  • Ability to build cohesion and culture across remote, global teams.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling organizations, market expansion, and M&A integration.
  • Leadership skills with a strategic, coaching leadership style.
  • Ability to analyze market and business insights and translate them into strategies.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in CPG, General Merchandise, or Retail industries.
  • Experience in launching enterprise solutions and building positioning frameworks.
  • Competence in market research and competitive analysis.
