Key Responsibilities

Define, execute, and optimize email and direct mail campaign strategies to achieve revenue goals
Collaborate with D2C and content teams to plan promotions, using insights from past performance to shape creative, cadence, and targeting
Build and manage targeted marketing lists, segmentation, and audience strategies
Create, launch, and QA campaigns in the email service provider (ESP) and ensure accurate, timely deployment
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, applying a test-and-learn approach for continuous improvement
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with assets, targeting, or campaign rendering
Stay up to date with platform updates, best practices, and new technologies to enhance program success

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
3+ years of direct-to-consumer ecommerce marketing experience, including CRM and direct mail programs
2+ years working with email platforms (Acoustic preferred) and data-driven targeting/segmentation
Proficient in HTML/CSS
Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
