About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide reliable, accurate, and state-of-the-art multimedia support to ensure effective communication of mission goals and objectives.
• Translate requirements into a variety of visually appealing and impactful design products, including exhibits, environmentals, infographics, posters, brochures, publications, branding, digital signage, slick sheets, illustrations, briefing presentations, logos, and engravings.
• Manage several projects simultaneously using industry-standard graphic design tools and Workamajig project management software.
• Conduct basic digital press and large format print production functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in graphic design or related field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Advanced proficiency in graphic design software, specifically Adobe Creative Suite.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in the graphic design field.
• At least 8 years of project management and customer service experience.
• Proven track record creating products and visual communications using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and senior leadership.
• Superior organizational skills to manage multiple efforts and deadlines efficiently.
• Applied knowledge of 508 compliance and other relevant industry standards.

Nice to Have

• 10 years of creative and support experience in the government and defense industry.
• Intermediate proficiency using DSLR cameras and post-processing best practices.
• Intermediate proficiency in WordPress and SharePoint web administration.
• Intermediate proficiency in Workamajig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in graphic design or related field.
