Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver high-impact IT projects across ERP systems and data warehouse platforms
Build a change control process from scratch and lead adoption across IT and business teams
Work in a role that combines project leadership, governance, and cross-functional collaboration
Collaborate with stakeholders to align on project scope, timelines, risk mitigation, and change impact
Ensure rigorous documentation, review, and approval processes for change requests
Drive key activities throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, testing, and rollout
Provide detailed reporting and communication around project status, risks, and change controls
Act as the primary liaison between IT and business teams to ensure successful project outcomes and controlled change implementation
Embed change control best practices into the organizational culture for improved compliance and system stability

Requirements

5-7+ years of IT project management experience, ideally across ERP and data-related programs
Proven experience managing ERP system deployments and data warehouse modernization projects
Deep understanding of change control/change management processes and how to operationalize them
Ability to build governance frameworks from the ground up and ensure cross-functional adoption
Excellent stakeholder communication, planning, and risk management skills
Skilled with project tracking tools, status reporting, and documentation practices
PMP or related certification a plus; familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies preferred
