We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Project Manager to drive transformational projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help shape our digital future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage moderate to complex IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource requirements, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate project activities, track progress, and manage project risks and issues.
  • Oversee the execution of project tasks, monitor milestones, and resolve any issues or roadblocks during implementation.
  • Assemble and lead project teams, assigning roles and responsibilities, and providing guidance and motivation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including executives, sponsors, resource managers, and external partners.
  • Create and execute change management strategies and communication plans.
  • Establish project governance structures, processes, and frameworks for decision-making, risk management, and reporting.
  • Allocate and manage resources across projects, collaborating with Resource Managers to secure necessary resources.
  • Establish and track project budgets, monitor spending, and reforecast as needed.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Implement processes to monitor and control project progress, scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.
  • Manage changes in scope, requirements, or timelines, evaluating change requests and communicating decisions.
  • Define and implement quality standards, conduct project audits, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, including contract negotiations and performance monitoring.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and encouraging process enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 6-8 years of progressive, relevant experience in an IT Project Manager role managing moderately complex IT projects.
  • Deep experience managing projects from beginning to end, meeting budget, scope, schedule, and benefits targets.
  • Expert leadership and team management skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with industry standard project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Azure DevOps.
  • Advanced ability to develop business cases, understand project interdependencies, manage resources and costs, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
  • Advanced knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems development life cycle (SDLC), and enterprise software implementations.

Nice to Have

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from PMI.
  • SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute work in agile sprints with full transparency.
  • Advanced experience with project management methodologies and industry standards.

  • Educational background including a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
